What if I'm late to my appointment?
It's possible we may have to shorten or reschedule your appointment. If your horse's therapy session is shortened, it will end on time so that the next horse client will not be delayed. We hope you understand.

Why do I reserve my appointments with a credit card?
Credit Card numbers are kept securely in your client file to reserve all appointments. Often appointments can be held for a client 's horse for weeks, sometimes even months in advance and should a client's horse not be available for an appointment or the client doesn't show up for one of these appointments it creates great cost to the business and technician. Therefore we ask for a small windown of advance time to re-offer the appointment(s) to someone else. At the time of the session, you are able to pay with any payment method we accept.

Why is a session a flat fee instead of by therapy type?
Each horse has unique therapy needs at the time of the session as a result of medical conditions, age, discipline demands & well being. We incorporate all therapies, except regenerative laser for a whole horse therapy approach.

What if my horse has special health considerations?
Please notify us when reserving your appointment if your horse has cardiac, allergies, or other physical ailments or if pregnant or has any disabilities. New clients will be asked to complete a simple medical & self assessment questionnaire for their horse prior to the first session.

Appointment Reservations
Credit Card numbers are kept securely in your client file to reserve all appointments. Therefore, we ask for advanced notice if you are cancelling an appointment or dropping a horse's therapy session. KB Equine accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cash for payment of services.

Late Arrival
To ensure the promptness of all reservations, we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time.

Cancellations
Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team to accomadate our clients and will be greatly appreciated. All same day cancellations carry a 50% of sessions scheduled cancellation fee. All no call, no show, same day session drops must pre-pay via credit card for any future appointments. Same day session cancellations will be charged 50% of the session fee. All pre-paid appointments will not be refunded. Session fees are not reduced.
